We are looking for enthusiastic, well-groomed, and service-oriented candidates with good communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Housekeeping – GSA / Sr. GSA - Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas as per hotel standards.

- Ensure proper arrangement and cleanliness of guest rooms.
- Replenish room amenities and housekeeping supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and guest requirements.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards. F&B; Service – GSA / Sr. GSA - Welcome and serve guests professionally.
- Take orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
- Set up and clear tables according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
- Handle guest requests professionally.

Front

Office – GSA / Sr. GSA - Welcome guests and provide professional assistance.




- Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Attend to guest queries and requests.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.
- Maintain guest records and required documentation.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Candidate

Requirements - Hospitality experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers may also apply for GSA positions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Positive attitude and guest-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
