One of our clients is looking for a House Manager to lead the hospitality experience at an exclusive premium sales gallery.

The sales gallery is being designed to operate more like a boutique luxury hotel than a conventional real estate sales office — with a strong emphasis on service, attention to detail and a consistently elevated guest experience.

We are looking for someone from the hotel / hospitality industry who has experience managing a small team and understands what it takes to maintain high service standards across every guest touchpoint.

The role will involve managing a team of approximately 15–20 people across the hospitality experience and ensuring that the entire operation functions seamlessly.

What we’re looking for

- 3–5 years of relevant hospitality experience, with experience managing a team
- Hotel or premium hospitality background preferred




- Solid sense of responsibility and ownership
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to train, supervise and motivate the team
- Hands-on approach to daily operations
- Comfortable personally overseeing every aspect of the guest experience
- Ability to ensure service standards, grooming, processes and protocols are consistently maintained

This is not a large hotel operation, so we are not looking for an overly senior profile. We are looking for someone energetic, responsible and hands-on who enjoys creating a highly personalized, boutique hospitality experience.
