Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and guest-oriented Hostess / GRE to welcome guests and ensure a pleasant hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome, greet, and escort guests professionally.

- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback.

- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service.

- Assist with VIP guest handling and guest satisfaction.

- Maintain grooming, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality preferred; freshers may apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pleasant personality with professional grooming.

- Robust customer service and coordination skills.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
