We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Hostess to join the team at a reputed restaurant in Pune.
The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests and will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and skilled dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
Handle reservations, waiting lists, and guest inquiries.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Service Team, and Kitchen Team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate information regarding table availability and reservations.
Assist guests with basic restaurant information and special requests.
Listen to guest feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate manager.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception/entrance area.
Maintain professional grooming and presentation at all times.
Ensure consistently high customer service standards.
Candidate Profile
Pleasant personality with confident communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or Front Office Executive will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi are preferred.
Presentable, well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.
Ability to remain calm and professional during busy restaurant hours.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
