Experience: Prior experience in hotel/hospitality management preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations

- Monitor housekeeping, front office and other departments
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain hotel standards, discipline and cleanliness
- Support revenue and cost-control initiatives
