Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious HoReCa Field Sales Executives to drive B2B sales and strengthen our presence across Bangalores food service industry. You will work closely with restaurants, cafs, hotels, caterers, and cloud kitchens building lasting partnerships, driving repeat business, and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B sales: Promote and sell food & protein products to HoReCa clients.
- Client engagement: Visit restaurants, cafs, hotels, caterers, and food chains to build strong relationships.
- Customer acquisition: Acquire new accounts and maintain existing ones.
- Sales growth: Follow up on leads, drive repeat orders, and achieve monthly targets.
- Market expansion: Identify new opportunities and expand coverage across Bangalore.





Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Confident in customer acquisition and relationship building
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups
- Comfortable with regular field travel
- Kannada-speaking compulsory
- Valid driving license compulsory; own 2-wheeler preferred
- Existing HoReCa network in Bangalore is a solid advantage

Ideal Background

- 1–3 years’ experience in HoReCa, FMCG, food products, or B2B field sales
- Experience with restaurants, cafs, hotels, caterers, or cloud kitchens preferred
- Age: 20–28 years preferred
- Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
- Salary: 30,000–45,000/month + performance-based incentives
- Openings: 1

Working Days

- Monday–Friday + alternate Saturdays
- Sunday & public holiday work may be required for events
- Comp-off provided for Sunday/holiday work
