Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify current business opportunities through DSA, channels, builders etc
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- End to End Sales to Disbursement of HL/LAP
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while handling loan applications.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in home finance, housing finance, or related fields such as loan against property, mortgage loans, or secured loan.
- Strong understanding of home loan products including housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), refinancing options etc. .
- Good connections amongst field of real estate, BFSI, Channels, CA etc required for sourcing of files.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers and colleagues alike.
