Role Description The Home Interior – Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end home interior projects, from initial client consultation and requirements gathering to final delivery and handover.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating design plans with interior designers, managing timelines and budgets, supervising site activities and inspections, and ensuring materials, fixtures, and custom furniture are procured and delivered on schedule.

The Project

Manager will work closely with vendors, contractors, and logistics teams to resolve issues, maintain quality standards, and provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.



The role also involves ensuring safety and compliance in office, documenting project progress, and continuously improving processes for efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project coordination and Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and furnishings.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, storage, and on-time availability of project resources.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor on-site work quality, verify installations, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing residential interior or fit-out projects, ideally in high-end or modular home interiors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with project tracking or design tools (e.g., MS Excel, project management software, CAD viewers).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and interface directly with clients on-site in Gurugram.
