Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and calls
- Understand customer travel requirements
- Suggest suitable tour packages
- Create customized itineraries
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with the operations team
- Maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role
- Freshers can also apply
- Good English communication skills
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Good customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work with sales targets
