- Responsible for meeting Debit Card linked Fees Target by monitoring the overall fee income achievements and identifying process gaps in the charging ecosystem to plug leaks
- Responsible for monitoring competition pricing strategies, benchmarking with global best practices and make necessary pricing revision
- Responsible to identify recent initiatives aiding to reductions of reversals and ensuring reasonable of fees
- Complaint management and linked improvement in process to reduce complaints/aid front end handle complaints/identify issues/incorrectness in Fee application
- Automation of Manual Process linked to fees application/calculation
- Responsible for creating tools/Dashboards to track Fees/anomalies.
- 100% & Timely Closure of Audit/Compliance points/Adherence to RBI guidelines

Key Requirement

1. Candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in managing P&L;, handling Charge matrix
2. Knowledge of Xelerate/TBMS system along with MS Excel
