nWhat You'll Do

NCreate Visuals for Content & Marketing

NDesign thumbnails, visuals, and creative assets for YouTube, social media, campaigns, landing pages, and websites

NTranslate briefs into clear visual concepts and execute them end-to-end

NCollaborate with content and video teams on storyboards, style frames, and motion assets

NDesign with Performance Awareness

NIterate on thumbnails andcreatives using performance signals (CTR, engagement cues)

NBalance strong visual taste with clarity and effectiveness

NOwn Visual Branding for Marketing

NMaintain and evolve Airtribe's visual language across marketing and external touchpoints





NEnsure consistency and premium quality across formats and channels

NCollaborate & Deliver

nWork closely with content, video, and marketing teams

NManage multiple design tasks and fast turnarounds without compromising quality

NWhat You'll Bring

nDesign Experience

N2–4+ years of experience in visual / communication design

NStrong portfolio across marketing, branding, and digital content

NCraft & Tools

nExcellent command of typography, layout, color, and composition

NProficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and AI tools like MidJourney

NStrong image-making, photo treatment, and compositing skills

NBonus: Motion design, reels, or launch videos

NAnalytical & Ownership Mindset

NUses performance signals to improve creative work

NThinks like a brand ownerresponsible for consistent, premium visuals

NHigh bar for execution quality;

detail-oriented and reliable

NNon-Negotiables

nStrong marketing & communication design background

NTop-tier visual craft andexecution quality
