NJob Summary

nWe are looking for an experienced Algo Stock Market Trainer who can train students and professionals in algorithmic trading, quantitative strategies, technical analysis, and automated trading systems. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of financial markets along with hands-on experience in developing, testing, and implementing algorithmic trading strategies.

NKey Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Algorithmic Trading and automated trading strategies.
N
- Explain concepts such as technical analysis, quantitative trading, strategy development, backtesting, and automation.
N
- Train students on developing and implementing rule-based and algorithmic trading strategies.
N
- Demonstrate strategy backtesting, optimization, and performance evaluation using relevant tools and platforms.
N
- Provide practical exposure to live market data, trading platforms, APIs, and algorithmic execution workflows.
N
- Train students on Python/programming fundamentals relevant to algorithmic trading, where applicable.
N
- Explain concepts including entry/exit logic, position sizing, stop-loss, risk management, portfolio allocation, and trade execution.
N
- Prepare course content,presentations, study material, assignments, mock tests, and practical projects.
N
- Conduct live demonstrations of strategies using NSE/BSE/MCX markets and relevant trading platforms.
N
- Guide students in understanding strategy performance metrics, including returns, drawdown, risk-reward ratio, win rate,



and other relevant measures.

- Mentor students on developing and testing their own algorithmic trading strategies.
N
- Stay updated with SEBI regulations, exchange guidelines, algorithmic trading developments, and industry trends.
N
- Support students with career guidance, practical projects, internships, and professional development in financial markets.

nRequirements

n

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
N
- NISM/NCFM certificationpreferred/mandatory as per the training module.
N
- 2–5 years of practical experience in algorithmic trading, quantitative trading, trading, strategy development, or financial-market training.
N
- Strong understanding oftechnical analysis and trading strategies.
N
- Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading platforms, APIs, backtesting tools, or trading systems.
N
- Knowledge of Python or another programming language used for trading strategy development is preferred.
N
- Understanding of marketmicrostructure, order types, execution, and risk management.
N
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
N
- Ability to simplify complex financial and technical concepts for students with different levels of experience.
