- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process for various projects from concept to completion.

- This role involves collaborating with team of Architects, structural engg, MEP engg, Landscape architects, etc to ensure that projects meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

- The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in architectural design, robust project management skills, and a passion for innovative and sustainable design.
N
- Coordinating with Marketing and Sales team both internal and external.
N
- Coordinate with site team.
N
- RERA related coordination with team.

Project

Management:

N
- Assist in managing architectural design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Accuracy is important too.
N
- Coordinate with projectstakeholders, to ensure project requirements are met.

Design

Development:

N
- Lead the development ofdesign concepts and detailed designs for architectural projects.
N
- Review and refine architectural drawings, models,



and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
N
- Integrate sustainable design principles into projects.

Regulatory

Compliance:

N
- Ensure that all designscomply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
N
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals.

Quality

Assurance:

- Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards of design excellence.

- Address any design-related issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Innovation and Trends:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design.

- Implement innovative solutions and materials to enhance project outcomes.

nDesired qualifications

NB.Arch or B.Tech / BE (Civil)

NDesired experience

n5+ years of experience with at least 4 years experience in the Architecture Function within the Real Estate industry
