Position

Sales & Public Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the school and actively contribute towards increasing student admissions.
- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through calls, messages, walk-ins and other communication channels.
- Explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, learning approach and admission process to parents.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, families and the local community.
- Conduct regular and effective follow-ups with prospective parents.
- Generate admission leads through local networking, references, outreach and promotional activities.
- Support the school in admission campaigns, events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Represent the school professionally while interacting with parents and the community.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, leads,



follow-ups and admission status.
- Coordinate with the school team to ensure a smooth experience for prospective families.
- Contribute ideas for improving school visibility, parent engagement and admission enquiries.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in Sales with excellent communication skills.
- Confident, energetic, friendly and presentable.
- Excellent in verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Comfortable interacting with parents and new people.
- Strong in persuasion, networking and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and capable of converting enquiries into admissions.
- Skilled, responsible and proactive in approach.
- Passionate about working with children, parents and families.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Education or Admissions will be an added advantage.
