Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad for a professional specializing in pharmaceutical formulations for emerging markets, with a focus on M.Pharm + MBA profiles, and packaging development for B.Pharm profiles. The role involves developing and optimizing formulations suited to emerging market requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and supporting product lifecycle management.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical and market research, collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams, overseeing packaging development in line with stability and regulatory guidelines, and providing technical support to sales and marketing teams. The position also requires managing projects,



preparing documentation, participating in internal and external audits, and contributing to training and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess formulation performance, and support decision-making.
- Experience in training and knowledge transfer, including mentoring team members and supporting cross-functional learning.
- Sales and consulting capabilities to collaborate with commercial teams, address customer requirements, and provide technical insights.
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor formulation and packaging development projects within timelines and budgets.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical formulations and/or packaging development, preferably in emerging markets.
- Educational background: M.Pharm with MBA for formulations-focused responsibilities; B.Pharm for packaging development responsibilities.
- Sound understanding of regulatory requirements, GMP, quality systems, and stability studies in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in documentation, MS Office tools, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
- Experience in product launches, market expansion, or international markets is an advantage.
