Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with site supervisors and monitor day-to-day operations.
- Understand and address customer requirements.
- Share ideas and implement suitable measures to maintain a complaint-free project.
- Handle middle-management responsibilities and coordinate between the site team and management.
- Communicate regularly with the reporting manager and provide necessary updates.
- Support the team in maintaining service quality and operational standards.

Qualification:

- Any Degree

Age Criteria:

- Below 35 years

Experience:

- Freshers are mostly welcome.
- Candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

Preferred Candidate: A responsible and proactive individual with positive communication skills, coordination ability, and willingness to learn and manage site operations.
