Job DescriptionWe are on the lookout for a talented graphic designer to work on a diverse range of projects as needed - including packaging, social assets, brand collateral, infographics and more.

NThis is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the founder to shape the way we show up to the market. You will ensure each design aligns with the brief, and meets high-quality standards. This role is full time based in Mumbai.

- Key Responsibilities:Packaging: Optimising existing packaging and adapting designs for new sizes, products or product ranges across - including bottles, labels, monocartons, gift boxes and more (experience in packaging design and ability to adapt, develop or adopt existing is a must)

- Digital assets: Producing designs for our website, e-commerce pages, CRM, ads and social media channels, with an emphasis on Instagram - we want lots of fun and experimental social ideas!

- Ideation: Comfortable with both adapting existing designs, to taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new and creative ideas. We want someone who thinks, not just does!

- Delivery:



Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications.

- Identity: Deep appreciation for brand identity and brand guidelines - ensuring consistency and alignment across all assets.

NSkills & Experience

nMinimum 2 years in graphic design, ideally with experience in consumer brands & BPC

NStrong knowledge of AdobeCreative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

NStrong knowledge of editing tools, editing videos with animations, retouching, motion graphics and visual effects

NProven ability to deliverdesign projects within agreed deadlines

NPassion for layout, typography, idea-generation

NWorking knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus

NExperience in packaging design is critical

NPassion for and inquisitive about AI and current technologies

NTakes initiative and comes up with solutions, ideas and recommendations
