NWe're looking for a Game Designer who can build with us the next hybrid casual puzzle hit.

NWhat You'll Do

- Analyze top-charting hybrid-casual and puzzle titles to source and validate new mechanics

- Design and prototype hybrid-casual & puzzle mechanics from concept through to a playable build
N
- Develop concepts with solid fundamentals - goal, fail condition, depth
N
- Own level design end-to-end across a full progression curve
N
- Collaborate directly with our developer and artist to get concepts into testing quickly, iterating on internal and external playtest feedback
N
- Review game feel - flow, pacing, sound, the details that matter
N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- 3-5 years of mobile puzzle game design experience,



with real ownership of a shipped title's level design
N
- Widely played mobile gamer, able to clearly articulate what's strong or weak about the design of games.
N
- Strong ideation instincts - you think market, not just mechanics
N
- Proven level design ability - balanced, well-paced, intentional
N
- Genuine passion for playing and deconstructing games
N
- Sharp eye for game feeland attention to detail
N
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analysis skills.

- A team player who communicates clearly and moves rapid
