Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Generative AI Developers to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Agentic AI, and AI/ML technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building scalable AI applications and working across the complete AI development lifecycle—from requirement analysis and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases.
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases and embedding models.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.
- Work with LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or equivalent models.
- Develop and integrate AI agents / Agentic AI workflows using appropriate frameworks.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, model evaluation, and response-quality improvements.
- Develop APIs and microservices for integrating Gen AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Work with cloud AI services across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Implement AI application security,



responsible AI practices, data privacy, and governance.
- Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture and solution design.

Required Technical Skills

Generative AI / LLM

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Prompt Engineering and LLM application development.
- RAG architecture and implementation.
- Embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and knowledge bases.
- Experience with fine-tuning / model customization is an advantage.

AI / ML
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.

Cloud & Engineering
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP AI and cloud services.
- REST APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD and DevOps/MLOps practices.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
- Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and data processing.
