Job Title: International Voice Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused International Voice Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide support to international customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good listening ability, and a professional approach to resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Resolve complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain a positive and qualified tone throughout customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, scripts, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet assigned targets such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, quality scores, and productivity.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

- Comfortable handling customers from different countries and cultures.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
- Good typing and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Any graduate/undergraduate, depending on company requirements.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 13 years of international voice/BPO/customer-support experience.
- Prior experience in an International Voice Process is an advantage.

Work Requirements

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays according to business requirements.
- Comfortable working from office, if applicable.
