About the Role

We are hiring an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive / Sales Officer to source and convert home loan leads through field sales, market visits and channel partnerships across Delhi-NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Home Loan / Housing Finance business through field visits, market visits, references, brokers, builders, property dealers, DSAs and local contacts.
- Handle ₹5–20 lakh loan profiles for salaried and self-employed customers.
- Meet customers and channel partners regularly to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer income, property details, liabilities and loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and process.
- Collect documents and coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams.
- Manage leads from sourcing to sanction and disbursement.




- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years’ experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, NBFC, Banking, Mortgage or DSA Sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales skills and local market knowledge may also apply.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Strong field-sales and lead-generation abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits across Delhi-NCR.
- Knowledge of Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurugram is an advantage.
