NFrom resolving queries atrecord speed to running expert-led sessions and scaling parent-to-parent conversations, this role is for someone who wants to create daily value—and see that value reflected in a parent's relief, action, and return.

NWhat You'll Own

- End-to-end parent engagement across age buckets (Pregnancy, Newborn, Toddler, School-Going).

- CSE team leadership across English, Hindi, and regional touchpoints, managing Daily Sheets and Response Time standards.

- Onboarding and logistics for Doctors, Experts, video shoots, blog reviews, and "Ask Doctor" sessions.
N
- Community recognition initiatives (such as Parentune ProParent) and brand campaigns (e.G., Sebamed, Nestle) with activity trackers and payouts.

- Monetization alignment for Parentune Pro/Plus memberships, paid expert sessions, and courses.
