A well-established and popular sweets, snacks & casual-dining brand is opening a new outlet at DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, and we are looking to hire an experienced Captain to join the team.

Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurugram

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Position: Captain

Experience: 1–3 years in restaurant / casual dining operations

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead and coordinate the service team during shifts.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, food presentation and hygiene.
- Handle guest queries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for productive operations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory, billing and daily operational records.
- Train and guide team members on service standards and procedures.

Candidates with experience in reputed restaurants, QSRs or casual-dining establishments are preferred. Interested candidates can share their CV for consideration.
