IMMEDIATE HIRING: Business Development Executive (BDE) | Consultative Sales | Digital Services

We looking for a target-driven BDE to manage the journey from qualified appointments to business-analysis meetings and qualified sales opportunities.

Role Highlights

- Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Salary: ₹40,000 - 50000/month. Incentives;

Earn a 4% direct commission on revenue! (e.G., On $10,000 USD team revenue, you take home a 4% cut from the 10% / ₹1 Lakh team incentive pool).

- Working Days: Monday–Saturday
- Timing: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and improve the performance of the Appointment Setter Team.
- Handle heavy calling with a benchmark of 60–70 completed calls/day.
- Conduct consultative business-analysis meetings to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Identify and qualify genuine sales opportunities.
- Experience in selling services rather than physical products is preferred.
- Analyse business, marketing, lead-generation, and conversion gaps.
- Ensure a smooth and complete handover to the D2 Closing Team.




- Manage follow-ups, CRM updates, and meeting coordination.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in sales, business development, or target-driven roles.
- Fluent English communication and strong skilled client-facing skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, discovery, qualification, and objection handling.
- Experience in service/digital-service sales is preferred.
- International sales/calling experience is a strong advantage.
- Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- Comfortable with heavy calling, targets, follow-ups, and team management.
