SME - ADAS/Chassis feature testing EOL Diagnostics in HIL systems using dSPACE tools chain with ECU Test Automation .

Domain knowledge

Experience with specific ADAS/Chassis platforms or OEM development processes.

Serve as the subject matter expert for ADAS and Chassis systems, including ACC, AEB, LKA/LCA, EPS, ESC/ABS, active suspension, and brake-by-wire/steer-by-wire systems.

Lead root cause analysis and debugging efforts for field and lab-reported issues, using structured methodologies (5-Whys, Fault Tree Analysis, Ishikawa/fishbone diagrams).

Analyze CAN traces, DTCs, sensor logs, and system-level data to isolate faults across sensing (radar/camera/lidar), planning/control, and actuation subsystems.

Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and systems integration teams to diagnose and resolve issues spanning sensor fusion algorithms, closed-loop control logic, and mechanical actuation.

Support functional safety analysis (ISO 26262) including ASIL decomposition and diagnostic coverage assessments for chassis/ADAS ECUs.

Conduct design and requirements reviews to proactively identify potential failure modes (DFMEA) before they manifest as field issues.

Develop and maintain documentation of debugging findings, corrective actions, and verification results.





Interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate fixes and ensure timely issue closure.

We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS & Chassis Systems Engineer with deep subject matter expertise in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and Chassis domains, along with solid debugging capabilities to root-cause and resolve complex system-level issues.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of sensor fusion, control systems, and vehicle dynamics, combined with a systematic, evidence-driven approach to problem-solving across hardware, software, and mechanical interfaces.

Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to validate corrective actions and close issues with objective evidence.

Support technical program management activities including project planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue logs, and status reporting.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, systems, suppliers) to align on timelines, deliverables, and open issue resolution.

Prepare technical documentation, review presentations, and metrics for management and gate reviews.

Mentor junior engineers on development practices, testing methodology, and debugging techniques.

Experience in Test Script development, Test case Development, Validation and Report Analysis. Test automation using ECU Test Tool.
