DOCSIS Knowledge,In-depth understanding of DOCSIS 3.0/3.1/4.0 specifications, including channel bonding and OFDM/OFDMA.

Proficiency in RF concepts, including signal levels, SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio), MER (Modulation Error Ratio), and node optimization.

Strong understanding of IP networking, including routing, switching, VLANs, IPv4/IPv6, and DHCP.

Tools: Experience with tools such as SNMP, NetCool, JIRA, and spectral analysis software, Traffic Generator(IXIA/STC).

Supporting field technicians with complex field troubleshooting and validating new plant construction.

Strong experience in CMTS and RPD configuration, validation, and troubleshooting within HFC and Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) environments in DOCSIS 3.0/3.1.

Handson expertise in DOCSIS provisioning 3.0/3.1, including modem registration, serviceflow configuration, and performance validation.

Proficient in RF analysis and troubleshooting, including downstream and upstream levels, MER, SNR, and RF impairment isolation.

Extensive handson experience with BCC, SAC, PTP, and NXT, supporting endtoend RPD onboarding, timing synchronization, and controlplane stability.

Indepth experience troubleshooting PTP (IEEE 1588v2) issues,



including clocklock failures, latency, and timing drift.

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve RPD communication, authorization, and synchronization issues in DAA networks.

Experience working with crossfunctional teams (network, firmware, and QA) to ensure stable and scalable HFC/DAA deployments.

Solid documentation and communication skills for maintaining configuration guides, lab procedures, and troubleshooting documentation.

Experience in designing and creatingtest beds for HFC and DAA validation.

For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is [X] [currency] (full-time).
