The Helpdesk Support Executive will provide first-level user and application support for the Web and Mobile applications. The resource will act as the first point of contact for officials, industries/applicants, and other users.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide user support for login, password, access, navigation, and basic application issues.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents/service requests in the Helpdesk system.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and provide basic resolution/workarounds.
- Support users during State/SPCB/PCC onboarding and day-to-day UCAMS usage.
- Escalate functional issues to the BA/Functional team and technical issues to Development/DBA/DevOps teams.
- Track open issues and ensure timely resolution as per defined SLA/TAT.




- Communicate ticket status and resolution clearly to users.
- Maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base information.
- Prepare basic ticket, SLA, and issue-status reports.

Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years in Helpdesk, Service Desk, Application Support, or User Support.
- Experience supporting Web/Mobile applications and ticketing systems.
- Positive troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Solid communication and user-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
- Experience with Government/e-Governance applications is preferred.
