Job Role: Sales & Marketing Manager

Full Time : Onsite (Field Work)

Multiple Locations : Coimbatore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Healthcare Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within the healthcare IT Solutions.

Responsibilities:

⦁ Develop and implement effective sales strategies for IT Software for the medical industry (like HIMS Product, EMR Product, SLIMS, DMS) and services.

⦁ Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.

⦁ Build and maintain robust relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.

⦁ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

⦁ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.

⦁ Set and monitor sales targets,



ensuring consistent achievement of goals.

⦁ Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver client solutions.

⦁ Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

⦁ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

⦁ Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to sales staff.

Requirements:

⦁ Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

⦁ 2 to 8 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

⦁ Strong knowledge of healthcare products, services, and market dynamics.

⦁ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

⦁ Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

⦁ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

⦁ Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
