HiWox is a next-generation personalised healthcare and wellness intelligence ecosystem building a Healthcare Operating System (HOS) .

HiWox collects and structures data across 9 wellness dimensions — physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive — and converts it into explainable, evidence-backed and consultant-validated wellness intelligence.

We are building a system where healthcare and wellness knowledge can be structured into measurable parameters, assessments, recommendations, rituals and personalised programs.

Role

HealthTech Officer — Equity-Only Founding Role We are looking for a HealthTech Officer who can bridge healthcare knowledge, technology, product development and real-world implementation .

The role involves helping HiWox convert healthcare and wellness requirements into structured, practical and technology-enabled systems.

Key Responsibilities

- HealthTech Framework Development
- Develop and structure healthcare and wellness frameworks across the 9 dimensions.
- Define relevant parameters, assessments, indicators and measurable outcomes.
- Convert healthcare concepts into structured systems that can be implemented through technology.
- Healthcare Data & Intelligence
- Identify what healthcare and wellness data should be collected, how it should be structured and how it can be used.
- Work with Data Scientists to develop scoring, segmentation and recommendation frameworks.
- Ensure recommendations are evidence-backed, explainable and clinically/practically relevant.
- Product & Technology Collaboration
- Work closely with the Product Owner, developers, Data Scientists, Healthcare Scientists and Wellness Consultants.
- Translate healthcare requirements into product features, workflows and technical requirements.




- Validate whether technology solutions are appropriate for real-world healthcare and wellness use.
- Assessments & Protocols
- Develop standardised assessment methodologies and protocols.
- Define appropriate questions, measurements, data sources and evaluation methods.
- Support development of personalised wellness programs and intervention frameworks.
- Healthcare Technology & Devices
- Identify relevant healthcare devices, wearables, sensors and digital health technologies.
- Map devices and technologies to specific wellness parameters.
- Evaluate their usefulness, reliability, data quality and integration potential.
- Clinical & Scientific Validation
- Support validation of HiWox's frameworks, algorithms and recommendations.
- Review healthcare content and systems for scientific accuracy and practical applicability.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements based on healthcare evidence and expert inputs.

- Healthcare Ecosystem Development
- Build relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, researchers and relevant HealthTech organisations.
- Support pilots, expert consultations and institutional collaborations.
- Help establish a strong healthcare and scientific network around HiWox.
- Research & Innovation
- Track emerging HealthTech, digital health, diagnostics, wearables and healthcare technologies.
- Identify opportunities for R&D;, innovation, partnerships and intellectual property.
- Contribute to HiWox's long-term healthcare innovation roadmap.
- Implementation & Monitoring




- Support implementation of healthcare frameworks in real-world environments.
- Monitor user outcomes, compliance, engagement and effectiveness.
- Document learnings and continuously improve the system.

Ideal Candidate
- Background in HealthTech, healthcare, public health, biomedical sciences, healthcare management, digital health or a related field.
- Robust understanding of healthcare systems and technology.
- Ability to work across healthcare, data, product and technology teams.
- Strong research, analytical and documentation skills.
- Understanding of healthcare data, assessments, digital health or medical devices is preferred.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, doctors, healthcare institutions, research organisations or HealthTech companies is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.

Engagement
- Position: HealthTech Officer
- Nature: Equity-Only Founding Role
- Time Commitment: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours/week
- Location: Remote / Hybrid
- Compensation: Equity only at the current stage
- Fixed compensation: Planned after fundraising and revenue stabilisation
- Equity: Based on expertise, contribution, responsibility, commitment and long-term ownership
- Vesting: 5-year vesting for core founding members

What You Will Build You will help build the healthcare intelligence layer of HiWox — connecting healthcare expertise, structured data, assessments, devices, technology and rule-based intelligence into a practical and scalable wellness ecosystem.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to become a long-term HealthTech owner within the founding team , rather than simply perform a conventional healthcare operations role.
