HiWox is building a personalized Wellness Intelligence Platform designed to collect, structure and analyze data across 9 dimensions of wellness and convert it into explainable, evidence-backed recommendations, rituals and wellness programs.

We are building our healthcare research, evidence and intelligence layer and are looking for a Healthcare Research Expert to work closely with the founding and R&D; teams.

Healthcare Research Expert – Research & Wellness Intelligence

Type: Equity-Only Founding Position

Role Objective

Build the healthcare research foundation behind HiWox by researching clinical evidence, healthcare guidelines, scientific literature and validated practices, and converting that knowledge into structured inputs for HiWox's wellness intelligence system.

Key Responsibilities

- Healthcare Research Research clinical, preventive healthcare and wellness topics across HiWox's 9 wellness areas.
- Evidence & Literature Review Review scientific papers, clinical guidelines, systematic reviews, meta-analyses and authoritative healthcare sources.
- Evidence Mapping Map research findings to specific wellness parameters, conditions, risk factors, interventions and outcomes.
- Wellness Intelligence Research Help define the evidence base behind HiWox's rules, indicators, recommendations and personalized wellness programs.
- Clinical Parameter Research Research relevant biomarkers, clinical tests, wearable parameters, behavioural indicators and health measurements that can contribute to HiWox's intelligence layer.
- Research Validation Evaluate the strength, quality and applicability of evidence before it is incorporated into HiWox's recommendation framework.




- Healthcare Guidelines Track relevant recommendations and guidelines from recognized medical and public-health organizations and identify where HiWox's systems should align with established standards.
- Research Database Help build a structured internal knowledge base containing research references, evidence levels, parameters, interventions and their documented relationships.
- R&D; Collaboration Work with data scientists, healthcare scientists, wellness consultants and product teams to translate healthcare research into structured, usable intelligence.
- Continuous Research Monitor current healthcare research, emerging technologies, clinical evidence and developments relevant to personalized preventive wellness.

Ideal Candidate
- Healthcare researcher, medical researcher, public-health qualified, clinical researcher, biomedical professional or related healthcare expert.
- Strong ability to interpret scientific and clinical literature.
- Experience with literature reviews, evidence synthesis and healthcare research.
- Strong understanding of clinical terminology, health parameters and research methodology.
- Ability to distinguish strong evidence from preliminary or low-quality evidence.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.




- Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Interested in healthcare innovation, preventive wellness and technology.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of research projects.

Equity Structure

This is an equity-only founding position.

There is no fixed salary or monthly compensation at the current stage. Equity will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, expertise, expected contribution, time commitment and long-term involvement with HiWox.

We are looking for someone who wants to become part of the team building the healthcare research and intelligence foundation of the company, rather than working only as an external research consultant.

Expected Commitment

Part-time and remote.

The candidate should be able to provide consistent weekly contribution and participate in research reviews, R&D; discussions and product/intelligence development meetings.
