Humancare Connect focuses on healthcare coordination, teleconsultation, patient support, and connecting patients with healthcare professionals and healthcare service providers.

We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our operations team and support the coordination of healthcare services for patients across our US healthcare operations.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for and not limited to coordinating healthcare requests, communicating with patients and healthcare professionals, monitoring operations, supporting service delivery, and contributing to business development, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who have excellent English communication skills, are comfortable working with international stakeholders, and enjoy taking ownership in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate healthcare consultations and service requests from initiation to completion.

· Communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and partner organizations through email, phone, chat, and other channels.

· Monitor active cases and ensure timely follow-ups.

· Schedule and coordinate appointments and consultations.

· Maintain accurate case records, reports, and operational documentation.

· Handle queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.

· Escalate urgent or critical cases to the appropriate team.

· Support healthcare professional and partner onboarding activities.

· Maintain operational databases, CRM records, and reports.





· Assist in improving operational processes and workflows.

· Support quality assurance and service delivery activities.

· Assist with stakeholder engagement, outreach, and partnership-related activities.

What We're Looking For

Required:

· Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

· Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

· Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to handle multiple cases and priorities.

· Comfortable working with email, MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and online communication tools.

· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including shifts aligned with US business hours.

· Strong Knowledge in AI/OSNIT tools.

Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good coordination abilities, and are willing to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred:

· Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, healthcare administration, customer support, case coordination, or a similar field.

· Experience dealing with international customers or healthcare professionals.

· Familiarity with patient coordination or healthcare service processes.
