Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and student-focused Health & Social Care Faculty Member to deliver high-quality teaching and training in health and social care disciplines. The successful candidate will support students in developing the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, professional values, and competencies required for careers in healthcare and social care.

The role involves teaching, curriculum development, assessment, student mentoring, quality assurance, and engagement with healthcare and social care professionals and organizations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning

- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical learning sessions in Health & Social Care.
- Teach subjects related to:
- Health & Social Care Practice
- Health & Wellbeing
- Human Growth and Development
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Safeguarding and Protection
- Health Promotion
- Social Care Practice
- Communication in Health & Social Care
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Person-Centred Care
- Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Public Health
- Healthcare Ethics and Skilled Practice
- Use case studies, practical activities, discussions, simulations,



and real-world examples to enhance learning.
- Deliver face-to-face, online, and blended learning sessions where required.
- Promote critical thinking, professional behaviour, ethical practice, and person-centred approaches.

Curriculum Development
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, presentations, learning resources, and practical activities.
- Contribute to the development and review of Health & Social Care programs and modules.
- Ensure teaching materials reflect current healthcare and social care practices.
- Incorporate relevant legislation, professional standards, safeguarding principles, and industry developments into learning content.
- Support curriculum mapping and continuous improvement of programs.

Student Support & Mentoring
- Provide academic guidance and pastoral support within the appropriate professional boundaries.
- Monitor student

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
