Head SCM to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, optimized inventory, cost efficiency and seamless coordination across procurement, production, logistics and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Inventory & Logistics operations.

- Develop SCM strategies aligned with business growth and manufacturing requirements.

- Drive S&OP;, demand planning, material planning and production coordination.

- Optimize inventory levels, working capital and material availability.

- Strengthen vendor development, supplier performance and strategic sourcing.

- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost, quality and delivery objectives.

- Ensure timely inbound and outbound logistics and improve OTIF performance.





- Establish SCM MIS, KPIs, dashboards and performance reviews.

- Identify supply-chain risks and develop contingency plans.

- Lead and develop a high-performing SCM team.

- Drive ERP/MRP, automation, digital SCM and process improvements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / B.Tech; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in SCM, preferably in automotive components, engineering, manufacturing or industrial products.

- Robust experience in procurement, planning, inventory, vendor management and logistics.
