Role & responsibilities :

- Develop integrated demand and supply planning strategies across diverse product categories

- Drive initiatives to shorten the average inventory holding period while maintaining product availability through better forecasting, lean practices and efficient replenishment cycle.

- Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, stock-out rates and service levels

- Implement proactive monitoring systems to identify potential shortages before they impact sales

- Coordinate with logistics for efficient distribution across multiple geographies and channels

- Provide regular reports to senior management with insights and corrective action plans
- To analyze historical data, market trend and sales projection to forecast short - mid - long term capacity needs

- Ensure timely procurement from approved contract manufacturers by proper capacity planning & provide back-end support for smooth operations





- Develop supply chain strategies according to the Business needs of various sales channels such as ECOM, Trade, Export, Up-to-date Trade, Retails

- Production & Supply Planning of NPD launches till stabilization of the sales

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or related field

- Minimum 12+ years of experience into supply chain, planning and inventory management within manufacturing (preferably furniture, FMCD, FMCG industries)

- Advanced forecasting and inventory optimization tools

- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
