We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader to build and scale frontline hiring for a rapidly growing fintech.

- Own high-volume recruitment for field sales and branch operations across multiple locations.
- Lead and develop a team of regional recruiters, ensuring productivity and achievement of hiring targets.
- Build scalable sourcing strategies to consistently deliver candidates in large numbers and within TAT.
- Partner closely with business leaders to translate manpower requirements into actionable hiring plans.
- Strengthen recruitment processes, improve offer-to-join ratios and quality of hire, and track key TA metrics.
- Bring solid experience in BFSI/NBFC/fintech or other distributed, frontline hiring environments.
