About the Company A fast-growing value retail organization with a strong presence across India, operating 100+ stores across 95+ cities. The company offers a wide range of products catering to everyday family needs and is focused on continued expansion across Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retail Head to lead end-to-end store operations across a large multi-city retail network. The role will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience and team productivity across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations of 100+ stores across multiple regions/cities.
- Own retail Sales & Operations P&L;, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Monitor store performance, productivity, conversion, footfall, shrinkage and operating costs.
- Drive SOP adherence, inventory management, manpower planning and customer service standards.




- Lead new store launches and support expansion across Tier 2/3/4 markets.
- Build and mentor a robust multi-layered team comprising Zonal, Regional, Area and Store Managers.
- Work closely with Category/Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and HR teams to improve overall business performance.
- Drive inventory turns, stock liquidation, markdown management and cost efficiency.
- Ensure consistent customer experience and operational standards across all stores.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of overall experience in Retail Operations, with 8+ years in a senior management/leadership role.
- Proven experience managing 100+ stores across multiple states/regions, preferably in a pan-India retail setup.
- Should have handled a business size of 500+ Cr, with strong exposure to sales, operations and end-to-end P&L; management.
- Experience in Value Retail / Discount Retail / Organized Retail is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of fabric, clothing and fashion retail will be an added advantage.
