Role Description The Head Quality Control is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur, responsible for leading and managing all quality control activities across the manufacturing operations. This role oversees inspection processes, testing procedures, and documentation to ensure that all products meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

The Head Quality

Control will develop and implement quality control plans, monitor production quality metrics, conduct root cause analysis of nonconformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with production, design, and procurement teams, supervising laboratory and inspection staff,



conducting internal audits, and preparing quality reports for management review. The role also involves continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, reduce defects, and support ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to oversee inspections, testing, and compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Management expertise to design quality systems, set KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis of quality issues.
- Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills for supervising testing procedures, validating results, and maintaining accurate records.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field) are beneficial.
- Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, preferably in fans, air handling, or pollution control equipment, is highly advantageous.
- Robust leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards, internal auditing, and implementation of corrective and preventive action programs.
