Head of Product &

- Presales :

We are looking for a Global Head of Product &

- Presales to lead the integration and evolution of the Wealth business product and presales functions.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for bridging market strategy, product vision, and solutioning.

The leader will bring Product and Presales teams together as a unified growth engine, own the end-to-end product strategy, drive opportunity qualification and deal shaping, and partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Marketing.

Product Strategy &

- Leadership :
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Wealth business.
- Align product investments and enhancements with market demand, customer needs, competitive positioning, and revenue opportunities.
- Drive product lifecycle management from ideation and market validation through launch and continuous enhancement.
- Identify emerging opportunities across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and FinTech.
- Ensure product enhancements contribute to improved win rates, pipeline growth, and customer value.

Product &

- Presales Integration :
- Integrate Product and Presales teams into a single, cohesive business engine.
- Drive the PLM process shift, making Product and Presales primary owners of early-stage opportunity qualification, discovery, solutioning, and deal shaping.
- Take ownership of P1/P2 sales stages and ensure high-quality opportunity progression.
- Develop repeatable solutioning and presales frameworks to improve deal conversion.
- Strengthen collaboration between Product, Presales, Sales, Delivery, and Engineering.

Sales &

- Presales Leadership :
- Act as a strategic partner to global Sales teams in identifying, qualifying, and shaping opportunities.
- Lead complex client discussions, discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive presentations.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with customer business objectives and market requirements.
- Develop differentiated value propositions,



solution narratives, demos, and sales enablement assets.
- Support strategic pursuits and large enterprise deals across global markets.

Wealth Domain Expertise :

- Provide strategic direction across the Wealth and Asset Management lifecycle, including Wealth Management platforms, Asset Management, Investment platforms, Trust Banking, Islamic Banking, Advisor productivity solutions, Digital wealth solutions, and AI / GenAI use cases in Wealth Management.

Technology &

- Innovation :
- Drive adoption of modern technology architectures and capabilities across the product portfolio.
- Maintain strong understanding of microservices, cloud-native transformation, APIs, and modern enterprise architectures.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI capabilities within wealth products and solutions.
- Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure products remain scalable, modern, and market-relevant.

Global Market Leadership :

- Drive product and presales strategy across India, APAC, and advanced global markets.
- Understand regional market dynamics, customer expectations, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscapes.
- Adapt product positioning and solution strategies to different markets and customer segments.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders globally.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Act as the primary strategic partner to Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Engineering, and business leadership.
- Oversee product launch readiness and ensure alignment across all functions.
- Establish clear processes for product launches,



sales enablement, solution readiness, and market activation.
- Drive organizational alignment around product priorities and commercial objectives.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 20 years of overall professional experience, with 15 years in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or FinTech.
- At least 10 years in senior leadership roles spanning Product Management, Presales, Solution Consulting, or related functions.
- Deep understanding of the Wealth &
- Asset Management domain.
- Proven experience leading global Product and/or Presales organizations.
- Strong understanding of contemporary technology architectures including Microservices and Cloud-Native technologies.
- Strong familiarity with AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Proven experience working across India, APAC, and advanced markets.
- Strong commercial understanding of product positioning, sales strategy, prospect qualification, and deal shaping.
