- Encourage a productive environment and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Guide qualified employees on better performance while ensuring valuable employee relations
- Oversee employee recruitment process, wage settlements, and dismissals
- Collaborate with the department heads to manage the company’s HR policies following a fixed system
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet departmental objectives
- Leading and managing the department staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Reporting to senior management on department performance and making recommendations for improvements
Preferred Education and Qualifications:
- MBA in SALES & MARKETING
- Relevant diploma or certifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
