We are looking for an accomplished Head of Sales – Residential with 10+ years of proven experience in the Noida residential real-estate market. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams and channel partners, and achieving project-wise revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute residential sales strategies for Noida projects.
- Drive achievement of sales targets, bookings and revenue objectives.
- Lead, mentor and manage the residential sales team.
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers and key market influencers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer preferences in Noida.
- Develop effective lead generation, conversion and sales closure strategies.
- Track sales pipeline, inventory movement, collections and project-wise performance.
- Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to improve lead quality and customer conversion.
- Ensure effective sales processes, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Identify new sales opportunities and recommend strategies for faster inventory movement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence and performance reports to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in residential real-estate sales.
- Solid and proven experience in the Noida residential market is mandatory.
- Experience in handling large residential projects and high-value inventory preferred.
- Strong network of channel partners and property consultants in Noida/Greater Noida.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and team-management skills.
- Excellent understanding of Noida's residential micro-markets, customer segments and competitive landscape.
