Role Description The Head of Quality Control is a full-time, on-site role based in Baddi, responsible for overseeing all quality control operations within the manufacturing facility. This includes planning and supervising routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The role involves managing QC laboratory activities, reviewing and approving test reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

The Head of Quality Control will collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory teams to investigate deviations,



implement corrective and preventive actions, and support audits and inspections. This position also includes mentoring and training QC staff, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement in quality systems.

Qualifications

- Robust Quality Control and Laboratory Skills, with experience managing pharmaceutical QC operations.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting test data, identifying trends, and supporting investigation of out-of-specification results.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management principles, including GLP, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in establishing, monitoring, and improving quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, training, and performance development.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and support internal and external audits.
