Viram is a new premium wellness space coming to Gurgaon, bringing together authentic yoga, Reformer Pilates, immersive movement, breathwork, meditation and sound under one roof.

Our approach is rooted in tradition, but designed for the way we live today.

The studio will feature intimate class sizes, personalised attention and an immersive yoga environment where movement and breath can be thoughtfully complemented by sound, light and large-scale visual experiences.

We’re not building another fitness studio.

We’re building a space where exceptional teaching, thoughtful programming and genuine human connection come first.

And we’re now looking for the founding teaching team who will help us shape it.

Viram will have its own teaching methodology and experience standards while still giving great teachers space to bring their individual strengths to the room.

This is an opportunity to become part of the founding team of a new premium wellness brand, contribute to programming and help shape what Viram becomes as we grow.

Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Pilates qualified who can lead the Reformer programme at Viram and help establish an exceptional teaching standard from day one.

Ideally, you have:

- Comprehensive Pilates certification from Merrithew / STOTT Pilates, BASI Pilates, Balanced Body or an equivalent internationally recognised school
- 5+ years of Pilates teaching experience, with significant Reformer experience
- Robust understanding of anatomy, alignment, movement mechanics and injury modifications
- Experience programming across beginner, intermediate and advanced levels
- Ability to mentor and develop other instructors
- Confidence conducting private assessments and personalised sessions
- Strong communication and client-facing presence
- An interest in helping build class formats, teaching standards and the Pilates culture at Viram

Studio leadership or teacher-training experience is an advantage.
