About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of IT & Business Operations to lead technology operations, cloud and DevOps practices, internal IT infrastructure, workplace technology, and business operations for our Noida Global Delivery Center.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine technology strategy with execution. You will be expected to strengthen AWS and DevOps operations, improve infrastructure reliability and security, drive automation, manage internal IT services, and ensure the GDC operates efficiently as Solutionara continues to scale.

The ideal candidate has strong experience across AWS, DevOps, infrastructure/platform operations and enterprise IT, while also being comfortable owning vendors, procurement, facilities, operational governance, and cross-functional business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure

- Lead AWS cloud operations and DevOps practices across internal and client-facing environments.
- Establish scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure standards.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and related technologies.
- Establish CI/CD, deployment, release, and environment-management practices.
- Lead containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strengthen monitoring, observability, incident management, backup, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
- Drive cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, and FinOps practices.
- Support enterprise cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Advance AI-assisted DevOps, AIOps, and automation-first operations.

IT Operations & Security

- Own internal IT operations for the Noida GDC.
- Oversee endpoint management,



devices, software licensing, IT assets, networking, Wi-Fi, and workplace technology.
- Manage employee technology onboarding and offboarding.
- Strengthen IAM, cloud security, vulnerability management, access controls, and technology governance.
- Establish effective IT support processes and service standards.

Business Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operational readiness of the Noida Global Delivery Center.
- Coordinate facilities, workplace services, administration, and business continuity.
- Develop scalable operational processes, controls, and governance.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through automation and process improvement.
- Build operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.

Vendor Management & Procurement

- Manage technology, cloud, facilities, and operational vendors.
- Oversee contracts, renewals, procurement, assets, and inventory.
- Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and consolidation.

Leadership

- Partner directly with executive leadership on technology and operational priorities.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Delivery, Integration, HR, Finance, and Client Services.
- Lead and mentor technology and operations team members.
- Build accountability, operational discipline, and a strong ownership culture.

What We're Looking For

- 12–18+ years of experience across Cloud Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, IT Operations, Technology Management, or related areas.
- 5+ years in a technology leadership role involving cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform operations, or enterprise IT.
- Strong hands-on understanding of AWS and enterprise cloud environments.
- Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with CI/CD technologies such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.




- Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, security, monitoring, observability, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience managing internal IT operations, infrastructure, endpoints, assets, or workplace technology.
- Experience with vendors, procurement, operational governance, and cost management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing technology consulting environment.
- Willingness to remain close to execution and step in hands-on when required.

The underlying role specification similarly requires substantial AWS/DevOps technical depth alongside operational leadership rather than executive management alone.

Preferred

- AWS Qualified or Specialty certification.
- Consulting, managed services, or technology services experience.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or global delivery teams.
- Exposure to AIOps, AI-assisted operations, and intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar security/governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud transformation programs.

What Success Looks Like Success in this role means building a secure and scalable technology and operational foundation for Solutionara—reliable AWS environments, mature DevOps and IaC practices, effective internal IT operations, stronger automation, disciplined governance, and a GDC operating model capable of supporting continued growth.

Work Location

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based at Solutionara's Global Delivery Center in Sector 62, Noida.

This is not a remote position. Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable working regularly from our Noida office.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
