18+ years in education, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role in IB schools

Qualification

~Masters degree; leadership/education qualification preferred

~Mandatory : IB school Experience and working as Principal / Head of School is a must

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong track record in IB schools, preferably as Principal, Head of School, Vice Principal, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of IB philosophy, learner profile, inquiry-based learning, and assessment.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing a diverse, international school community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the school's strategic plan in alignment with the IB mission, philosophy, and values.
- Establish clear academic and organizational goals and monitor progress against them.
- Oversee the effective implementation of the IB PYP, MYP, and DP curricula,



ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty and staff who demonstrate strong alignment with the IB ethos.
- Build a culture of skilled excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development, including IB workshops, training programs, conferences, and other learning opportunities.
- Embed the IB Learner Profile attributes into the school's academic and co-curricular environment.
- Oversee the school's day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
- Manage budgets, resources, facilities, infrastructure, and other operational requirements effectively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, school policies, and IB standards.
