Role Description The Head of Marketing and Growth is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for designing and executing the firm’s marketing and growth strategy, including brand positioning, demand generation, and client acquisition initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing digital channels, coordinating content and thought leadership, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The role also involves leading market research, identifying new growth opportunities, collaborating with partners and internal teams, and managing external agencies or vendors as needed.



The Head of Marketing and Growth will build and mentor a small team, implement best practices, and ensure consistent, high-quality communication across all client and prospect touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Track record in strategic marketing and growth leadership, including brand development, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools to drive lead generation and nurture client relationships.
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and measure ROI.
- Ability to create and manage content across channels (web, email, events, thought leadership) with clear, qualified communication.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders, managing stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Background in professional services, financial services, or consulting is highly beneficial; familiarity with CPA or accounting firms is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and establishing scalable marketing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
