About the Role

BGPL is looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Marketing who can take immediate ownership of our marketing function and drive measurable growth across BGPL and its client portfolio.

This is not a conventional managerial role. We need someone who can strategise, execute, analyse, lead teams, manage clients and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Performance & Digital Marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Drive lead generation, lead calling, conversion and sales performance .
- Own campaign strategy, optimisation, budgets, reporting and ROI/ROAS/CPL analysis .
- Handle marketing and business analytics and turn data into actionable decisions.
- Manage clients, participate in meetings and be involved in shoots and campaign execution .
- Lead and coordinate in-house employees, freelancers, vendors and external agencies .
- Oversee digital presence including WordPress, Shopify and e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.
- Work closely with creative teams and have working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and video editing .
- Leverage up-to-date AI tools, including Claude (Co-Work & Code) , to improve marketing efficiency (Important).
- Identify new opportunities, strategies and systems that can directly contribute to business growth.

You should be

- 10+ years experienced in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers and business data.
- Confident handling clients, teams and external resources .
- Self-driven, proactive and willing to take complete ownership.
- Comfortable demonstrating your previous work, campaigns, results and expertise (Compulsory).
- Capable of joining and immediately taking the marketing function forward .
- Interested in building a long-term career , rather than frequently switching jobs.

Strictly onsite — North Bangalore. No WFH.

Monday – Saturday.

Mandatory 3-month probation with a fixed probationary stipend.
