Position: HR Head

Location : Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Compensation:

₹24 LPA + Performance Bonus (₹1 lakh/monthly) + ESOP

FoxScan is building structural intelligence for buildings. As our B2C business scales, people are our biggest operating lever, and we need someone to own that fully.

This is not an HR operations role. We need someone who can build the organisation — hire right, develop managers, drive performance, and reduce leadership's day-to-day dependency on solving people problems.

What you'll own

- Talent Acquisition — Build a predictable hiring engine across cities; raise quality of hires in Engineering, Sales, Ops and corporate roles; close critical positions within TAT.
- Performance Management — Define KRAs/KPIs with functional heads; run regular reviews; catch underperformance early; make performance a continuous system, not an annual exercise.
- Manager Development — Build training for first-time and mid-level managers; coach them on hiring, feedback and team performance.




- Employee Experience & Retention — Build feedback loops; fix onboarding; reduce unwanted attrition; resolve people issues before they escalate.
- HR Operations — Own policies, payroll coordination, compliance, HRIS, and employee lifecycle — so the org runs smoothly while you focus on building the people engine.

What we need

- 15+ years in HR/People roles, ideally in high-growth organisations
- Has built or scaled an HR function — not just operated one
- Solid hands-on in TA + Performance Management + Engagement, plus team management experience
- Comfortable with multi-city, field/frontline-heavy teams
- Data-driven; can build systems from scratch; not afraid to push back on managers or leadership
