Position Title: Head of Finance & Accounting

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounts to lead the financial operations of our real estate business. The role will be responsible for driving financial planning, managing project and corporate funding, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, proven leadership, and a track record of optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall finance, accounts, and compliance functions of the organization.
- Develop financial strategies, annual budgets, and long-term business plans.
- Manage project feasibility studies, cost-to-completion analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Oversee project and corporate financing, including debt structures.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other real estate-specific regulations.
- Optimize cash flow, working capital, and treasury management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide timely and accurate MIS and financial reports.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop the finance and accounts team.
- Drive adoption of ERP systems, automation tools, and strong internal control frameworks.
- Control costs, expenses and financial risks.
- Work with management on business strategy and financial decisions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA)- intermediate/M com/ MBA or any equivalent qualification.
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role in real estate.
- Proven expertise in project finance and fundraising.
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
