- Lead end-to-end design strategy, standards, and engineering governance.

- Oversee multidisciplinary engineering coordination across civil, structural, MEP, ICT, security, and sustainability.

- Manage technical engagement with customers, consultants, authorities, utilities, and delivery partners.

- Drive design reviews, risk management, value engineering, and budget adherence.

- Ensure successful delivery from concept design through commissioning and handover.

- Govern technical quality, testing, compliance, and operational readiness.

- Drive sustainable and energy-productive design solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Build, mentor,



and lead high-performing engineering teams.

- Establish technical standards, knowledge-sharing frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; Master's preferred.

- 18+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure, including hyperscale or colocation data centers.

- Proven experience leading design programs from concept through commissioning.

- Strong customer-facing, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Preferred certifications: Uptime ATD/ATS, CDCDP/CDCE, PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent.
