Ejangpo and Ronghangpo Integrated Farm invites applications for an experienced professional to head our Media, Communications, and Public Relations function. This is a senior leadership role dedicated to building and safeguarding the organization's public image as our operations expand. Please note that this is a comprehensive corporate communications and PR position, extending significantly beyond standard social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Direct overarching corporate communications and public relations strategies.

· Manage all media relations, journalist inquiries, and crisis communication protocols.

· Oversee the official corporate social media presence and drive the digital content strategy.

· Draft press releases, executive presentations, speeches, and official correspondence.

· Support the Founder and senior management during interviews, speeches, and public engagements.

· Monitor media coverage, online discourse, and mitigate potential reputation risks.

· Ensure strict brand consistency across all physical and digital communication platforms.

· Coordinate professional documentation (photography and videography) of farm projects and coordinate media coverage for important events.





· Maintain comprehensive official media archives and communication records.

Candidate Qualifications:

· Demonstrated expertise in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, media management, or digital media strategy.

· Exceptional skilled judgment, writing proficiency, and organizational capabilities, with a proven ability to collaborate directly with senior management.

· A degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, English, Business Communication, or a related discipline.

· Preference: Previous experience within agribusiness, FMCG, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar professionally managed sectors.

Position Details:

· Location: Diphu / Disama, Karbi Anglong, Assam (Full-time, Onsite). Relocation is strictly required for candidates residing outside the region.

· Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on the candidate's experience, capability, and suitability.
